Orange County Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgeons, Inc. (OCTCS) is recruiting a second cardiothoracic surgeon for our growing team. OCTCS is seeking an early career cardiac surgeon for succession planning and future partnership. Candidates must have excellent dexterity, superb emotional intelligence, as well as strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
OCTCS is the largest private cardiothoracic surgery practice in the Orange County, CA, with main 3 practice locations in North, Mid and South Orange County. Combined, the programs perform approximately 600 open heart surgeries a year. OCTCS currently has 5 surgeons, one of which focuses on advanced thoracic surgery, and four of them focuses on mostly cardiac and some thoracic surgeries. In addition to routine cardiothoracic surgery, OCTCS has the largest practices in minimally invasive valve, atrial fibrillation and aortic surgery in the region. OCTCS also runs three structural heart programs (TAVR, TMVR, & MitraClip), an ECMO program, and planning to start an LVAD/mechanical assist device program within a year.
