Shape the Future of Interventional Radiology at Mary Washington Healthcare!
Mary Washington Healthcare (MWHC) is entering an exciting new era in how we care for patients in our region. We are seeking a board-certified interventional radiologist to join us during this transformational period of growth and apply your clinical expertise to help guide clinical and treatment decisions across our medical and surgical specialties.
As a member of our employed Radiology and Imaging team, you can apply your advanced imaging skills and expertise to help enhance our minimally invasive procedures and optimize our diagnostic capabilities across our integrated care system. To ensure the success of our interventional radiologists, we have invested in state-of-the-art imaging equipment and technologies that improve our capabilities, including advanced PACS, voice-to-text recognition and communication systems, and a robust EMR supported by various AI and post-processing tools. Between the two hospital departments, there are four angiography suites, along with a new bi-plane unit currently being installed in a fifth suite, four minor procedure rooms, and 14 pre- and post-procedure patient bays.

Qualifications
We are seeking MD or DO candidates who are board-certified in radiology and fellowship-trained in interventional radiology. Successful candidates should be experienced in interventional procedures and proficient in angiography, biopsy, and catheter placements. Excellent communication skills with a desire to educate others, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are highly desired.
Compensation and Benefits
- Upper echelon, guaranteed base salary of $680k
- $75k sign-on bonus
