Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute (PCLI), a principle-centered, multi-site cataract and refractive surgery co-management center, is seeking a full-time medical optometric physician for our Chehalis, WA surgical facility—our corporate office conveniently located halfway between Seattle and Portland, OR. With 18 surgery facilities across six states (Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Alaska, and New Mexico), PCLI offers a unique opportunity to join an exceptional team surrounded by finely tuned support staff in a wonderful workplace environment.

Company-wide, PCLI provides a unique work environment with a strong team approach between 40+ staff ODs and 17 surgeons. We do not provide primary care, vision exams, contact lenses, or eyeglasses. Instead, we support community ODs with cataract surgery, laser vision correction, and medical consults. Our ODs can also perform advanced optometric procedures, practicing at the highest level of their training.

Requirements
- Clinically skilled and residency trained, or the equivalent ocular disease and surgical co-management experience
- Solid leadership skills with a passion for helping others
- Highly motivated and a self-starter who will expand our presence
- An excellent communicator who enjoys working with a team
- In addition to having exceptional clinical skills, job duties include lecturing within the optometric community and involvement with professional organizations.
