Compensation: $375k - $450k (commensurate with experience + performance incentives)

Position Overview
We are seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated physician passionate about helping patients realize their dream of building a family through expert care, personalized treatment plans, and a compassionate approach. Interest and/or background in clinical analytics and AI-enabled tools (for documentation, decision support, and patient education) is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and consultations; determine and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing; develop and discuss individualized treatment plans spanning medical, surgical, and assisted reproductive technologies; educate and counsel patients on risks, benefits, and expectations; perform procedures including oocyte retrievals, embryo transfers, office hysteroscopy, and laparoscopic gynecologic surgery as needed; lead IVF care across stimulation, retrieval, laboratory integration, and transfer while monitoring progress and adjusting protocols; prescribe and manage fertility medications and assess responses; and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, embryologists, and support staff to ensure a coordinated, patient-first experience. Contribute to our transition toward a data-driven, AI-augmented practice by using EMR workflows, dashboards, and evidence review to inform care and by adopting AI-assisted tools responsibly (HIPAA-compliant) to streamline documentation and surface relevant literature. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Medical Director or center leadership in support of operational excellence and outstanding patient care.
Education & Experience
- Completed fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
- Board certification or eligibility in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
- Proven clinical experience with infertility treatment, IVF, and other assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Clinical Expertise: Strong command of core fertility procedures, including IVF, ICSI, ovarian stimulation, egg freezing, and embryo cryopreservation.
Third-Party Reproduction: Experience with egg donation, sperm donation, and gestational carriers.
Data & AI Orientation (Preferred): Comfort with clinical quality metrics, registries (e.g., SART/CDC), and basic statistics; openness to using analytics dashboards and AI-enabled tools (documentation assistants, decision support, literature synthesis) while maintaining privacy and professional standards.
Professional Development: Commitment to lifelong learning and continuous improvement in clinical care.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building with patients, families, and the care team; demonstrated empathy and professionalism in emotionally complex situations.
