Summary:
Skagit Regional Health has an immediate opening for a Family Medicine Physician to join our rural clinic in Granite Falls, Washington. Highlights:
- Thrive in a team-oriented environment with an experienced provider, MAs, and other clinic staff.
- Great work/life balance with a weekday, outpatient only schedule with a 1:18 shared phone call rotation. Our acute care hospitals are staffed with Hospitalists to handle any inpatient coverage.
- Provide care for patients in a small family clinic their patients love. Our providers see a good mix of chronic and acute patients across the lifespan. Basic in office procedures performed in clinic, based on provider comfort level and preference.
- In addition to a full range of family medicine services, clinical staff at Granite Falls Family Medicine offer laboratory services for patients. Specimens are collected at the clinic and processed at the Cascade Valley Hospital on-site laboratory, returning results quickly.
- This is a hospital-employed position with access to a large, existing in house specialty care referral base.
- Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available!
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program.
- Board Eligible/Board Certification required.
- 2-3 years of experience preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.

- Guaranteed first year salary: $298,975

- Cascade Valley Hospital is a licensed 48-bed facility with a Level IV Trauma Center. The hospital features a full range of services including acute care, critical care, and a variety of surgical services. The facility also offers a number of support services such as an in-house laboratory, rehabilitation program, and comprehensive diagnostic imaging.
