Description
When you join us, you’ll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of “helping people live the healthiest lives possible.”
Compensation: Annual Base Salary of $395,000, annual quality bonus up to $10,000.00, and wRVU based production incentives. Additionally, there is a $25,000 Signing Bonus, and Relocation Assistance (if applicable).
About this role:
- As a Physician in Urogynecology you’ll work with other Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers to provide top-notch care and patient experience.
- You would practice at the Denver Midtown clinic with surgeries at both Good Samaritan Hospital and St. Joseph’s Hospital with access to state-of-the-art facilities equipped with all the diagnostic tools necessary to identify and treat urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and all other pelvic floor disorders.
- See 18 – 20 patients per day in clinic
- In office procedures include: Urodynamics, cystoscopies, urethral bulking, trigger point injections, Botox bladder therapy, Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation and Macroplasty.

Requirements
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- ACGME accredited residency training in OBGYN, fellowship training in urogynecology
- Board certification in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery
- Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Federal DEA Registration
- BLS certification
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
