About the Practice

We are a growing vascular surgery group whose mission is to provide quality, ethical, patientcentered care. Our Ventura/Oxnard practice is a growing location supported by a dedicated team of senior vascular surgeons and excellent support staff.

• Headquarters: Santa Barbara, CA
• Mentorship/Network: Dr. Sydney S. Guo, MD, FACS leads the Ventura/Oxnard branch of our practice and is an excellent mentor and partner.  We also have three boardcertified vascular surgeons in our Santa Barbara location, including our founder Kevin M. Casey, MD, FACS, providing an extended network for mentorship and guidance. 

What We’re Looking For

We seek a fellowshiptrained vascular surgeon with a growth mindset who wants to help build and expand a rapidly growing Ventura/Oxnard practice. We’re looking for partners who are highly motivated and committed to continually adding cuttingedge skills for the benefit of our patients and practice.

Qualifications

• Fellowshiptrained in Vascular Surgery
• Boardcertified or boardeligible in Vascular Surgery
• California medical license (active or eligible); DEA in good standing.
• Fluoroscopy license
• Experience: 2+ year preferred (but new graduates welcome to apply)
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and professionalism

Schedule & Call

• Fulltime clinical schedule with shared ED call rotation; specifics discussed during interviews.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $375,000 – $425,000 per year, DOE.
• 401(k) & retirement (Profit Sharing).
