Compensation: Annual Base Salary of $395,000, annual quality bonus up to $10,000.00, and wRVU based production incentives. Additionally, there is a $25,000 Signing Bonus, and Relocation Assistance (if applicable). About this role:
As a Physician in Urogynecology you’ll work with other Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers to provide top-notch care and patient experience.
You would practice at the Denver Midtown clinic with surgeries at both Good Samaritan Hospital and St. Joseph’s Hospital with access to state-of-the-art facilities equipped with all the diagnostic tools necessary to identify and treat urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and all other pelvic floor disorders.
See 18 – 20 patients per day in clinic
In office procedures include: Urodynamics, cystoscopies, urethral bulking, trigger point injections, Botox bladder therapy, Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation and Macroplasty.

Requirements
MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
ACGME accredited residency training in OBGYN, fellowship training in urogynecology
Board certification in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery
Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Federal DEA Registration
BLS certification
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
