Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries of the ear, nose, throat, pharynx, sinuses, larynx, thyroid, oral cavity, salivary glands, and esophagus
Examines patients in clinic and performs surgical procedures as needed
Consult with patients to understand their health concerns and perform specialized tests to diagnose and treat patients
Consult with patient's primary care physician and other specialists

Required Qualifications:
M.D. or D.O.
Must be board certified in Otolaryngology or Board Eligible
Active Oregon Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment
Active DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $350,500 - $628,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
