- Community-University Health Care Center Seeking Full-Time Dentist
Description
CUHCC is seeking a missiondriven Dentist to provide highquality pediatric and adult care in a diverse, teambased community clinic. This 100% inperson role includes delivering comprehensive dentistry, supervising students and dental therapists, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
Provide fullscope clinical care: exams, diagnosis, restorative treatment, and oral surgery.
Lead a care team, overseeing hygienists, assistants, students, and Advanced Dental Therapists.
Manage multiple chairs to meet productivity and quality standards.
Deliver culturally responsive care and collaborate with medical and behavioral health teams.
Maintain accurate EHR documentation and participate in peer review and clinic committees.
Teach and precept dental therapy and dental students.
What You Bring:
DDS, Minnesota license (or eligibility), and clinical experience.
CPR certification.
Preferred: pediatric experience, communityclinic background, or fluency in Spanish, Somali, Hmong, Vietnamese, Lao, Pashtu, or Dari.
Schedule & Compensation:
Tuesday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:45 p.m.
Salary: $150,000–$170,000 annually (1.0 FTE), based on qualifications.
